Below are some of our surgical photos of patients who underwent Mohs surgery to remove skin cancer.  These photos show the defect once the skin cancer was fully removed and then the repaired area after the healed surgical reconstruction. 

 

We have 2 goals when approaching any reconstruction. The first is to maintain function of the area. The second is to optimize the cosmetic result. Our goal at Cal Coast Dermatology is to remove the skin cancer with the most minimal scarring.
